These are gentle walks of up to 3 miles, taking approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. Walks normally take place on the 2nd Tuesday of each month starting at 10.30am. The next Short Walk will take place on 11th June, led by Ray and he has sent the following information:- Meet at Nelson Pit at 10.30. We will walk slowly to Lyme Park. On reaching the car park area we will pause for between 30-45 minutes (depending on the weather). This will give walkers time either to have refreshment or walk up to the Cage and enjoy the delightful views. We will then return to Nelson Pit.
