Annual General Meeting
Notice to Members

A Virtual AGM is in progress finishing on Tuesday 1st June 2021.
The sole purpose of our recent EGM was the consideration of a new Constitution.  The period for receipt of comments has now run its course and the result is that the new Constitution is now in operation.  It is no longer a requirement that the Annual General Meeting should be a physical meeting at a particular fixed date.

At the moment at least we are still facing considerable restrictions and we will be using similar methods for our 2021 AGM as we did for the 2020 AGM in July last year.

The AGM documents were sent out recently.  These were
  • Agenda
  • Minutes of AGM 2020
  • Trustees' Report
  • Groups' Coordinator's Report
  • Annual Accounts for 2020
Responses need to have arrived by May 31st.
